Trans-disciplinarity is key.
- Bringing diverse groups together around common topics can be immensely fruitful, but might require an active translation between the groups for collaboration to take place.
- Both topics and formats are needed to implement cooperation. People come together around a topic. The right format then incites exchange and collaboration.
- In order to discuss problems and find solutions in a collaborative way, physical as well as virtual spaces are necessary. The physical realm is needed to develop shared visions, the virtual realm to collect and share larger amounts of information with relevant stakeholders.
